15:12	chapter3	ok i'm stumped, why can i do something like 'mv Blah/ blah' on a regular drive, but if i try to do the same thing on a mounted partition, it says that i can't move the directory to a subdirectory of itself

15:39	chapter3	i didn't really think about the fact that the filesystem is what determines case sensitivity of files, not the os, so yeah, that makes sense, and it makes sense why ext3 doesn't have that issue
